WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Client Facing

Strategy:

  • Learn the ropes of strategy development from the Spectacle team

  • Assist in strategy development internally, with guidance from broader team to develop strategic implications and actionable ideas for our clients

  • Support deliverable creation and engage / manage additional resources as needed

Insights:

  • Generate materials to aid in conducting market research

  • Research trends, brands, channels, and consumers across clients and categories

  • Watch and learn how to design and conduct qualitative research efforts for client deliverables

  • Take part in research and capture key learnings for future distillation

  • Assist in coordination with quantitative partners to deliver best-in-class quantitative reports and recommendations

Internal Initiatives:

Thought Leadership:

  • Regularly generate and contribute to Spectacle thought leadership and company growth, such as Spectacle IP articles, blog posts, and generating industry white papers

Business Development:

  • Collaborate on Business Development efforts such as proposal development, networking event planning, and IP distribution

  • Support Spectacle business and lead generation through brand building and digital advertising

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Rising Senior studying Marketing, Business, Liberal Arts, or Communications

  • Excellent communication and written skills, including comfortability in client-facing settings

  • Excellent slide development capabilities, preferably in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Strong researcher with the ability to find information quickly and in creative ways

  • Self-starter who can create their own structure in a startup environment

  • Someone who can figure things out without “hand-holding” or ample instructions

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and finding solutions to cloudy questions

  • Down to crunch some numbers during the day and hang at happy hour after work
