WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Client Facing

Strategy:

  • Assist in strategy development internally, with guidance from broader team to develop strategic implications and actionable ideas for our clients

  • Collaborate on recommendations for strategy deliverables across clients

  • Support deliverable creation and engage / manage additional resources as needed

  • Contribute to the creative execution of brand development and marketing strategy (e.g. naming generation, positioning territory development, creative execution brainstorming, etc.)

Insights:

  • Learn to design, conduct, and facilitate qualitative research efforts for client deliverables

  • Distill key learnings and themes, generating strategy analysis from insights / learnings

  • Help develop new and exciting research techniques to deliver groundbreaking insights to clients

  • Work with quantitative partners to deliver best-in-class quantitative reports and recommendations

Project Management:

  • #1 Priority -  Keep Clients Happy!

  • Support project management and coordination for client engagements

  • Set and manage project deliverable creation timelines

  • Create and provide regular status and issue-risk communication to clients

  • Assist in managing 3rd party communication with specialist resources (e.g., designers, researchers, etc.)

Internal Initiatives:

Thought Leadership:

  • Regularly generate and contribute to Spectacle thought leadership and company growth, such as Spectacle IP articles, blog posts, and generating industry white papers

  • Identify, vet, and spearhead efforts to generate Spectacle PR and grow visibility within industry events, (e.g. speaking panel engagements and trade shows)

Business Development:

  • Collaborate on Business Development efforts such as proposal development, networking event planning, and IP distribution

  • Support Spectacle business and lead generation through brand building and digital advertising

  • Client-Focused: Experience in previous client-facing positions a plus; ability to build rapport quickly a must

  • Critical Thinker: Able to consider problems from left- and right-brain thinking, taking business strategy into account while developing creative solutions for client problems and needs

  • Initiative Taker: Eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and identify growth opportunities for organization as a whole

  • Cool Under Pressure: Able to maintain calm in constantly changing situations and high-stakes scenarios

  • A Team Player: Must have experience working closely with colleagues and collaborating frequently. Should be comfortable asking for help from both ends of the spectrum and able to engage team thoughtfully and effectively.
